1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the krikya platform ("krikya") and the user ("you" or "member"). By starting to use krikya.com or any of its applications, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms.

In this document, "services" refers to krikya's website, mobile applications, online casino, sports betting, live games, and all other services that the platform provides to its members.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms apply to both registered and unregistered users of the krikya platform. However, account registration is required for financial transactions, claiming bonuses, and participating in games.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali text shall be considered the final version. Where any interpretation is needed, the interpretation provided by krikya shall be accepted.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at krikya, a member must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is created with incorrect, misleading, or false information, that account may be cancelled at any time and the balance held in that account may be forfeited.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household is prohibited. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment method may result in all accounts being suspended.

2.2 Account Security

A member is required to keep their account login details (username and password) confidential. No third party may be given access to the account. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, krikya's support team must be notified immediately. The member is personally responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

krikya reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, and payment information at any time. If the required documents (national ID card, passport, etc.) are not provided in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to use all krikya services is 21 years. At the time of registration, a member must confirm that they are 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from participating in any gaming activity.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

It is the member's own responsibility to check local laws regarding online gaming in their jurisdiction. Using krikya's services from an area where online gaming is legally prohibited is done at the member's own risk.

3.2 Professional Players and Staff

Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members associated with krikya are not eligible to receive bonuses and promotional offers. If such an account is identified, the bonus will be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount at krikya is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All transactions are carried out through payment methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

4.3 Transaction Authenticity

The member must ensure they are using a payment method registered in their own name. Using a third party's payment account or credit card is prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

krikya offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.

5.1 Bonus Calculation Example

For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,200. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• A bonus may be claimed only once and only to your own account.
• Bonus-related winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for the bonus has been completed.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be considered void.
• Attempting to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

krikya's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. Weekly cashback is calculated as a fixed percentage of net losses (total losses for the week minus total winnings). Bronze members can receive up to 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, Platinum 1.2%, and Diamond members up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on krikya must be conducted in a fair and honest manner. The use of any fraudulent techniques, automated software, or bots is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Bonus arbitrage or hedged betting through two or more accounts.
• Deliberately exploiting a technical fault in any game.
• Attempting to manipulate any account or game outcome.
• Placing bets using information related to match-fixing in sports events.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

Game results recorded in the krikya system are considered final. In the event of a technical fault, krikya reserves the right to investigate and make a decision, and may void a game if necessary.

6.3 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

The odds stated at the time of placing a bet apply to all sports bets, including cricket and football. If an event is cancelled or left undecided, that bet is considered void and the stake is returned. In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is voided, the bet continues with the odds of the remaining selections.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

krikya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for any reason, particularly for violation of these terms, without prior notice.

7.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of fraud or cheating.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Violation of the age requirement.
• Extended period of inactivity.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A member may close their account by contacting krikya's support team. In this case, the valid balance will be returned subject to all wagering requirements being met.

8 Limitation of Liability

krikya provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee suitability for any particular purpose. krikya is not responsible for losses caused by technical faults, network disruptions, or issues arising from third-party services.

8.1 Gaming Losses

krikya bears no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gaming or betting. Members play at their own decision and it is their own responsibility to be aware of potential losses in advance.

8.2 Force Majeure

krikya will not be held liable if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or any other uncontrollable circumstances.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

A member's personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with krikya's Privacy Policy. By opening an account, the member also accepts that Privacy Policy.

9.1 Purpose of Data Use

A member's information is used primarily for account verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and fulfilling legal obligations. A member's personal information is not sold to any third-party commercial entity.

9.2 Cookies and Tracking

krikya uses cookies and similar technologies to improve the user experience on the platform. Cookies can be managed through browser settings, though this may limit some functionality of the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

krikya is committed to helping its members develop healthy gaming habits. Gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment — it should not be used as a source of income.
